Brenda Riddick is a long time Scotiabank employee. Since joining Scotiabank in 1985, Ms. Riddick has worked across a number of the Bank’s business lines including Domestic Branch Banking, Electronic Banking, Wealth Management and Commercial Banking. Ms. Riddick has also worked in a number of Executive Office functions within Scotiabank including Audit and Human Resources and most recently in Public & Corporate Affairs as the Bank’s first Director of Corporate Social Responsibility – a role she developed and has held since January 2003. Ms Riddick has a background in broadcast journalism and in November of last year earned her MBA through the Executive Program at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business Management.

Ms. Riddick moved to Toronto from Calgary in 1999 and has two teenaged sons.
