New Appointments Bring Business Experience to the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.

Toronto – Two executives with experience in the service design and financial services sector have received appointments at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.

Chris Ferguson has been appointed Executive-in-Residence while Calvin Younger has been appointed Adjunct Professor and Executive-in-Residence.

Chris Ferguson is Founder of Bridgeable, a service design consultancy, which works with organizations and people to create a more human world. He works with some of the world’s largest and most innovative organizations including Genentech, Bristol Myers Squibb, Specialized, Canadian Tire, and The Royal Bank of Canada. He has been recognized with several international design awards including the GOOD Design, NeoCon and Humanitarian International Design Organization awards. He has taught design research and the design practicum at the graduate and undergraduate business levels. He is also on the advisory board for Rotman DesignWorks, the Business Design Lab at the Rotman School.

Calvin Younger is Senior Vice President, Real Estate Finance - Canada, Business and Corporate Banking with CIBC. Prior to joining CIBC in 2001, he was a partner with Ernst & Young LLP and Managing Partner, Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal – Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He is teaching courses in Real Estate Finance and Investment and Real Estate Development in the Rotman MBA program.
