Brendan Calder conducts the GettingItDone® second-year MBA course, chairs the Rotman School's Center for Integrative Thinking, and was the founding chair of the Rotman International Centre for Pension Management. Prior to joining Rotman, he was CEO/co-Founder of FirstLine Trust, CEO of CIBC Mortgages, and board member/angel investor of many early stage ventures. He serves on the Boards of EllisDon Construction, FirstService, and the WSIB. He is a past chair of the Toronto International Film Festival Group and sits on the board of Canada's Top 40 under 40.

Mr. Dougherty oversees Sun Life Global Investments’ interests in its Affiliated Asset Management companies in North America and its third-party Asset Management platform. He is the Chairman of the National Quality Institute’s Board of Governors and serves as a board member for the MFS Corporate Board, McLean Budden, and the Canada-India Business Council. He is also a member of the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association, the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute, and the United Way of Greater Toronto.

In addition to leading BMO Financial Group, William Downe is a member of the International Monetary Conference and its 2008 Program Committee, the Canadian Council of Chief Executives, and the International Business Leaders Advisory Council of the Mayor of Beijing. Mr. Downe serves as Chairman of the Campaign Cabinet for United Way of Greater Toronto and is a member of Toronto’s St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation Board and The Economic Club of Chicago. He also serves both as a director of Catalyst, which promotes women's leadership in business, and as a member of its Canadian Board of Advisors.

Dr. Fleck is a Senior Fellow at Massey College and served as director or chairman of many public and private companies, as well as in senior provincial government positions. He is Chairman of Business for the Arts, Chairman of the Ontario Minister’s Advisory Council on Arts and Culture, and President of the Art Gallery of Ontario Foundation. Dr. Fleck chairs the Harbourfront Foundation and is founding President of The Power Plant, Contemporary Art at Harbourfront. A member of the Chief Executives Organization and the Canadian Council of Chief Executives, Dr. Fleck was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada in 1997.

Mitchell Goldhar was instrumental in navigating Wal-Mart’s expansion into Canada, establishing SmartCentres as the only development partner of Wal-Mart in the world and helping to open 118 Wal-Mart stores across Canada.

Prior to becoming Consul General, Mr. Sullivan was Chairman of the Board of Directors of St. Michael’s Hospital. He also serves on the Board of the St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation and is the recipient of the Human Relations Award from the Canadian Council of Christians and Jews (CCCJ), the Arbor Award from the University of Toronto, and the Toronto NAIOP Real Estate Excellence Award.

Mr. Winston also serves as the Executive Vice-President, Head of Structured Finance Fund. He also served as a consultant to Wesbild Capital Corporation, Inc., a subsidiary of Inwest Investments Ltd and has held a number of senior positions with Wall Street investment banks and with boutique merchant banks. These include Lehman Brothers, Kidder, Peabody & Company, and Hamilton Capital Group Ltd., where Gordon contributed to key finance agreements with life sciences companies.
