More than ever, organizations are searching for a way to differentiate themselves from their peers and avoid disruption. Simultaneously, leadership is under a crisis of credibility. How then, do we create the conditions necessary for teams to flourish and where organizations can grow?

Special attention will be paid to active engagement, feedback and reflection throughout the session. Using case studies, role play and classroom discussion, participants will also learn about the power of inclusion by design and what it means to be a leader in the 21st century.
