  • Expand Your Potential: Discover the Self Development Lab at Rotman

    Information Session

    -

In today’s highly competitive job market, only MBA graduates with clearly demonstrated leadership potential attract the attention of top employers. Aspiring managers need more than hard analytical skills. They must also demonstrate empathy, self-awareness, and the ability to inspire and motivate their colleagues into action. We believe these vital "hot" not "soft" skills can be taught, and we do so via the Self Development Lab.

Join Maja Djikic, the Lab's Director to find out why experts are saying ""Rotman may well have the most far-reaching personal development initiative of any MBA program in the world." ~ - John Byrne, Editor-in-Chief, Poets & Quants, Founding Editor of Bloomberg BusinessWeek MBA Rankings.

Not only will you learn about how the lab works as a Full Time MBA student, you'll experience a taste of the philosophy behind the lab that you can put into practice TODAY
