Delaine Hampton is an Adjunct Professor and Executive in Residence at Rotman. She was the former Director of Consumer and Market Knowledge at Procter & Gamble Global. She is a thought leader and innovator in the field of consumer research/market understanding with a strong presence and influence in the external Consumer Research Community. Delaine has added significantly to P&G’s past and future growth by translating new theory and science into practical business application tools used for product innovation and strategy development.
