    Bio

    David Beatty is Conway Chair of the Clarkson Centre for Business Ethics and Board Effectiveness. Currently, he serves as Chair of Inmet Mining and Alpha Trading; he is also the Director of FirstService Corporation, Walter Energy and Canada Steamships Lines. He was the founding Managing Director of the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance (2003-2008). He has served on 31 boards worldwide and been Chairman of seven public companies. David served on Peter Drucker’s Foundation Board in the United States for over a decade, the last few years as Vice Chairman.
