All of his courses are taught as 'Practica' in which the underlying context of learning are the real and present work and life challenges of the students themselves. Core to his courses are Leadership Retreats that allow students to deeply reflect on themselves and their work to help translate MBA program learnings into an accelerated path of development going forward.
