SYNOPSIS: The Capital Markets Institute & Rotman FinHub have assembled a group of subject matter experts to explore the emerging market for Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs).  We will discuss ICO structures, issuance, the markets and regulatory landscape.  A panel of subject matters experts drawn from academia, the securities regulator and capital markets practitioners will debate the merits, risks and outlook for ICO issuance and trading.
