Change Management

Driving Change in an Organization

The past few years have seen unprecedented changes and challenges to the world’s business environment. Understanding these challenges and developing a firm grasp of what fundamental forces will shape the future requires more sophisticated knowledge and skills than ever before.

Major change programs usually start at the top with senior-level vision, strategy and goals for an organization.  While senior leaders can communicate the vision, they usually delegate responsibility to others to carry out the large number of projects and detailed changes required to make progress toward overall change.  In order to manage this optimally, aspiring leaders need more than technical training: they need to understand the overall business and market environment in which decisions are made, and they must have the management skills necessary to implement their ideas.
