The program has been a tremendous resource to me and had an immediate impact on my career!
The lessons around understanding and navigating organizational dynamics (so important, but not something you’re taught in law school) gave me a new lens through which to view the corporate dynamic and helped me build credibility. My development as a leader, manager, strategic thinker and communicator contributed to the next step in my career, which saw my appointment to the Executive Team and expanded responsibility over non-legal functions such as Quality Assurance and Product Safety.
