UHN-Rotman Leadership Development Program

Program Schedule

Develop your leadership and management effectiveness with actionable management tools, a personalized leadership agenda and a proven change management framework. This program will help you increase your effectiveness in driving improvements in your organization as you build relationships with leaders of other healthcare organizations.

Program Overview

In 2002, the University Health Network established a partnership with the Rotman School of Management for a leadership program for its clinical and non-clinical leaders (manager and director level) and physicians who have taken on managerial responsibilities. The program also invites applications from other healthcare organizations in order to share best practices and build relationships within the healthcare community.

Designed as a collaborative interprofessional learning experience, the program encourages leaders to learn with and from colleagues and peers from a variety of management and leadership roles as well as other hospitals and healthcare organizations.

Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate from the Rotman School of Management and the University Health Network.
