Bio

With 20 years of experience in leadership assessment and executive development, Eric brings a wealth of experience to Odgers Berndtson's Leadership Practice. Eric developed the LeaderFi™ assessment method and works seamlessly with the firm’s clients to help assess and develop the leadership potential of their executives and high-potential talent.

Eric was most recently Director of OD for Rogers Communications, where he oversaw the redesign of the company’s executive development curriculum and talent strategy. Prior to Rogers, Eric was Principal with a Washington DC consulting firm, where he led the design of a ground-breaking leadership assessment and development initiative for executives at a large US defense contractor.

Other experiences include Director of OD for the Bank of Montreal, and a 10-year career with Watson Wyatt Worldwide (now Towers Watson) as an Organization Effectiveness consultant.

Eric is a Certified Master Coach with the Behavioral Coaching Institute, and is an active coach to CEOs and senior executives in a number of public and private sector organizations. He holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Political Science from SUNY Buffalo.

Eric writes monthly CEO leadership features, based on interviews with the CEOs of Fortune 1000 companies around the world. His first leadership book, Creative Execution, was published by Jossey Bass in April 2012
