Sue is a customer-centric innovator who focuses on building products without barriers. She believes that the opportunity for innovation lies in listening to the core pain points communicated by the customer. She brings extensive experience in ideating and commercializing products that solve key customer pain points and markets; delivering measurable revenue growth and creating new business models.

In her career, the startup agility of the FinTech space and building partnerships has always influenced the way products were launched to the market. Over the last 20 years, Sue has dedicated her career to product innovation for the financial services industry in Canada, led international teams and launched multiple products across the world for Symcor, Broadridge and Finastra. In 2016, Sue founded FinTech Growth Syndicate (FGS) to address a market need: to provide the experts, tools, processes and market knowledge to help innovators succeed. With the team at FGS, Sue helps some of Canada’s largest corporations accelerate innovation by leveraging partnerships and FinTech market intelligence.
