Bio

Lieutenant-Colonel Brunberg joined the Canadian Armed Forces in February 1986. In 2010, he was promoted to his present rank and assumed command of his Regiment.  In 2013, he completed his term as Commanding Officer.

His current appointment sees him as the Program Officer conducting the Joint Staff Operations Program for the Canadian Forces College in Toronto where he conducts the course through theory and applied exercises for students to understand analysis, planning, and design at the operational and strategic levels.

In-process of co-founding a firm that aims to assist industry with its wicked problems, Brunberg and his partners created a process anchored on military planning, analysis, design, and execution, applied as a business tool to resolve issues or initiatives, and align frameworks from the C-Suite through to the employee levels.

Lieutenant-Colonel Brunberg is a graduate from the University of Toronto with a degree in Political Science. He received his Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Leadership from Royal Roads University in November 2009. In 2014 he completed the Joint Command and Staff Programme at the Canadian Forces College, graduating with a "Superior" ranking and awarded the professional symbol pcsc.
