Bio

Michele is passionate about empowering leaders to meaningfully better themselves, their organizations and the world. A seasoned leader herself, Michele has 18 years of experience in leadership roles in higher and executive education working with major corporations, government and not for profits.

Michele is experienced in collaborating and negotiating partnerships with national and international corporations and institutions. She has served on the board of UNICON – the global University Consortium for Executive Education, as the Governing Body Co-Chair of Evanta’s Annual CFO Summit and CDO Summit, as Summit Co-Chair for the Annual Toronto HR Leadership Summit, as a member of the Chief Learning Officer Business Intelligence Board, on the University of Toronto’s Chief HR Officer’s Advisory Board and as a mentor for the Rose Patten Mentoring Program for Leaders at the University of Toronto. Michele is honoured to be a member of Mindfulness Toronto and to serve as a member of the board of Mindful Society.

As former Chief Executive Officer for Executive Programs at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, Michele had responsibility for a portfolio of over 100 educational programs per year. By connecting the resources of the University to the business community, Michele expanded the footprint of the University’s Executive Programs portfolio to include programs running on four continents with participants from more than 35 countries.

Michele enjoys facilitating Mindfulness sessions for leaders in organizational settings.
