Mr. Robert L. Pace, D.Comm., serves as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of The Pace Group Ltd. Mr. Pace has more than 20 years of business experience. He began his professional career with the Halifax law firm Chandler Moore, where he practiced family and commercial law. Between 1981 and 1984, he served as an Atlantic Advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of 4554051 Canada Inc. and Maritime Broadcasting Corporation Limited. He serves as the Chairman of Canadian National Railway Company. He served as the Vice Chairman of Canadian National Railway Co. since April 23, 2013. He has been a Director at High Liner Foods Inc. since 1998. He has been an Independent Director at Canadian National Railway Co. since October 25, 1994. He serves as a Director for MBS Realty Ltd., Canadian Health Care Consulting Services Ltd., 4554051 Canada Inc., Green Waste Systems Inc. the Atlantic Salmon Federation, the Lester B. Pearson College of the Pacific, and the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. He had been a Director for Hydro One Inc., from March 30, 2007 to April 11, 2014. He is Member of the Board of Directors of several companies, including Maritime Broadcasting Systems Limited. He has completed Corporate Director education programs at both Harvard Business School and Chicago Business School. He has Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Dalhousie University. He holds an Masters of Business Administration in 1977 and LL.B. Degree from Dalhousie University.
