Scott teaches courses in Business Problem Solving, Integrative Thinking, Leadership and Management Consulting, and also works within the Self Development Laboratory as lead faculty.

Scott was previously with McKinsey & Company as a consultant and a Practice Expert within the Leadership Mindsets and Capabilities Practice, and still works with McKinsey and its clients on topics of Leadership Development, Organization and Top Team Strategy & Alignment.
Scott is also the Founder of Rutherford Development Strategies, Senior Faculty at Mobius Executive Leadership, Chair of Roots of Empathy and the Chair of Impact Consulting.
