Jane Southren is Owner and Business Development Advisor with Jane Southren Consulting. Drawing on over 15 years of experience as a practicing litigator and almost 5 years as an in-house coach at a law firm, she works with lawyers to help them enhance the quality and quantity of work in their personal practices and build their practices into strong, sustainable businesses that fulfill their financial, intellectual, philosophical and social objectives. 

She writes regularly about issues facing lawyers building practices in today's market on her blog and is frequently engaged to speak to lawyers at all levels of seniority, privately and publicly, about topics relating to the development and maintenance of a self-sustaining legal practice.
