Initiative for Women in Business

The Initiative for Women in Business has been committed to strengthening the female talent pipeline since 2008. Together with award-winning faculty and corporate partners, we proudly support the career development, decision-making and leadership skills of female professionals.

We offer you a blend of practical knowledge and top academic instruction, centered in three key areas: personal performance, leading growth and transition support. With the support of the newly-launced Institute for Gender & the Economy, Rotman is a strong partner to many corporations seeking to advance their thinking and action on gender diversity.

Beatrix Top 100

Beatrix Dart, a Rotman professor and founder of the Rotman Initiative for Women in Business, has been named to the Top 100 of Canada's most powerful women by the Women's Executive Network (WXN). Beatrix receives the RBC Champion award for her efforts to advance women in the Canadian workplace.
