Bio

Ranya El-Farnawani is a passionate and inspiring coach and facilitator who has supported individuals and organizations with key career, communication, and leadership challenges.

She is passionate about empowering individuals to demonstrate leadership at all levels of the organization and take ownership of their careers. She believes in the power of relationships, and helps individuals build strong working relationships by learning to communicate clearly, authentically, and strategically.

As a coach, Ranya excels at helping her clients to define their personal brand and create compelling self-marketing tools that align with their brand and target audience. She believes in connecting clients with their values so that they can build a career and life that is filled with purpose and passion.

Ranya has supported leaders across a variety of sectors including pharmaceutical, education, financial services, professional services, manufacturing, retail, government and not-for-profit. Personally she has worked in both the private and public sectors, has been a start-up entrepreneur, and has worked in Canada and Latin America.

Ranya has completed coach training through the Coaches Training Institute and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She is also a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
