Research and Teaching Interests

My research is in the area of Industrial Organization and Strategy. Current projects focus on aspects of non-price competition in the airline industry. In particular, I am interested in understanding airlines’ use of frequent flyer programs and their formation of frequent flyer partnerships with other carriers. I am also studying the entry strategies of low-cost airlines.
