Research and Teaching Interests
Teaching interests lie in Organizational Behaviour, Emotional Intelligence, and Research Methodology. Research interests include the influence of emotion regulation and emotional intelligence on job performance, leadership effectiveness, and job stress, and the causes of emotions at work.
