Research and Teaching Interests

Jia Lin Xie's research interests include job stress, job design, and cross-cultural management. She has taught MBA courses in Organizational Behaviour, International Organizational Behaviour, Comparative Management, Business Research Methodology, Managerial Skills, Business Ethics, and Chinese Management. Courses taught in Executive MBA programs and Executive Development programs are Cross-Cultural Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Chinese Management.
