What is the Vision Fund?
The Vision Fund is a resource pool which draws on the combined strength of donors like you, to meet the immedate strategic needs of the school. These are:
· Expanding career development and mentoring programs for students, such as global study tours (Middle East study tour picture above.)
· Providing support to student and alumni programs
· Developing a new curriculum.
· Recruiting and retaining exceptional professors, who bring their original research and talent to the classroom.
Funds raised by the Vision Fund are counted in both Rotman's $200-million Campaign, and the University of Toronto's Boundless Campaign.

Seat Sale
We invite you to leave a legacy. Put your name on one of the seats in the new state-of-the-art event space. This lecture-style 300 seat theatre is part of our new building, and will host internationally prominent speakers.

The Rotman Vision Fund honour donors who make annual gifts of $1,000 or more. Leadership donors receive the following benefits:
- an invitation to an exclusive Rotman event.
- recognition as a Leadership Donor in our annual Rotman Investors' Report.
- annual donations of $1,827 or more entitle donors to become members of the University of Toronto's Presidents' Circle.

Gifts of Securities:
Gifts of appreciated securities to Rotman receive two tax savings: a tax credit and zero capital gains inclusion on the disposition of the securities. These savings make appreciated securities a very tax-effective way to make a charitable donation.

Planned Giving:
Often described as “leaving a legacy”, most planned gifts are created to make an impact for future generations.
Many options exist for charitable gift planning including: cash gifts, stock transfers, gifts of RRSPs or RRIFs, life insurance policies and bequests in a will. Whatever method of giving you choose, you can plan your gift to maximize your objectives.
