Everybody’s Business: How to Ensure Canadian Prosperity through the 21st Century

April 4, 2023 | 5 to 7 p.m. EST

How can we leave the next generation with a better version of Canada? Drawing from interviews with more than 100 influential leaders in business and politics, Dany Assaf (Torys LLP), Walid Hejazi (Rotman) and Joe Manget (EHN Canada) will discuss insights from their new book on April 4. The conversation will be moderated by award-winning business journalist Amanda Lang.

How Pervasive is Corporate Fraud?

Corporate fraud is more common than you might think. On April 11, Alexander Dyck from the Capital Markets Institute at Rotman will share recent research findings, followed by a panel discussion with Daniel Bach (Siskinds), Becky Seidler (KMPG), David Milstead (The Globe and Mail) and Kim Shannon (Sionna Investment Managers). The conversation will be moderated by Thomas Atkinson, former executive director of the Securities and Futures Commission, Hong Kong.
