Rotman MBA Named to Poets&Quants Annual List of the “Best and Brightest.”

May 7, 2019

Toronto – A Full Time MBA student from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management was named to the fifth annual “Best and Brightest” list of the top 100 MBA students.

Arundhati (Aruna) Sriraman, MBA’19, was named to the list which was published by the business school news website last week.

Sriraman made a lasting impression on her classmates and the entire Rotman School community as a vocal advocate for diversity and inclusion. Over the past year she served as president of The Letters @ Rotman, the School’s LGBTQ+ and allies professional and social club, president of the Rotman Gaming Club, and as member of the 6Squad, a volunteer student orientation committee.

“Business Schools are often known for being a competitive and stress-inducing place. Having community animators like Aruna who use laughter and gaming as vehicles to promote a healthier student community have been a gift to us at Rotman. She has supported her classmates in so many creative ways,” says Neel Joshi, Director of Student & International Experience.

The Rotman School of Management is part of the University of Toronto, a global centre of research and teaching excellence at the heart of Canada’s commercial capital. Rotman is a catalyst for transformative learning, insights and public engagement, bringing together diverse views and initiatives around a defining purpose: to create value for business and society.
