New Principals Appointed to the Impact Consulting Group at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.

Toronto – Five new principles have been appointed to the Impact Consulting Group at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. Established in 1972, the student-run consultancy provides high value consulting work to its clients.

Each year, a new team of Rotman MBA students is selected to lead the organization. The new principals for this year include Jalaj Sharma, Nathalie-Jane Haddad, Owais Nasar, Vamil Sangoi and Yan Liu from the Rotman Full Time MBA Class of 2022. Collectively, the team has over 25 years of industry experience in insurance, EdTech, financial services, capital markets, technology, medical devices, manufacturing, and oil & gas. Having worked at companies such as EY, Chubb Insurance Company of Canada, Intern Theory, Honeywell and TÜV SÜD they possess a diverse set of expertise in risk analysis, financial modelling, audit advisory, sales, strategy, operations optimization & transformation, entrepreneurship, and stakeholder management. The team leverages their professional experience and MBA knowledge to help clients engage in corporate planning and development, performance improvement, marketing strategy, and digital transformation.
