Please join Dean Susan Christoffersen in Vancouver for a Leadership Development Lab Alumni Community (LDL*C) session and networking reception.
This special workshop will be led by Associate Professor of the Leadership Development Lab (LDL), Scott Rutherford (MBA '01) and titled “Frame-Changers: The Most Valuable Shifts in Mindset for Professionals and Leaders”. Scott will discuss the most common and valued perspective shifts made by professionals throughout their careers, as well as the joy and fulfillment of your personal life in contrast to monetary and work-related achievements.
Why Register? The LDL is a unique offering for Rotman students that pushes them towards self- and leadership development through experience and live activities. It requires students to be honest, vulnerable and trusting of their peers, as they uncover their true motivations in business and in life. For the first time, we are extending this content to our alumni communities in Western Canada free of charge.
The session is suitable for alumni of all programs, career stages and areas of expertise. Dinner will be served prior to the session and a networking reception will follow.
