In celebration of International Women's Day, the Full-Time MBA and Morning and Evening MBA Admissions teams would like to invite you to experience a Rotman class with one of our renowned professors, Tiziana Casciaro.

On March 8th, Tiziana will lead an interactive and insightful class on Women and Inclusive Leadership, which will give attendees a look into what it's like to study at Rotman.

Tiziana Casciaro is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Rotman and the holder of the Marcel Desautels Chair in Integrative Thinking at U of T. Her research explores how structural and psychological forces jointly shape behaviour in organizations. Her work on organizational networks, power dynamics, change implementation, and professional networking is published in Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Management Science, Organization Science, and Harvard Business Review, and featured in the Economist, Financial Times, Washington Post, Huffington Post, USA Today, Forbes, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBC Radio, Fortune and TIME. Professor Casciaro has served as Senior Editor at Organization Science.
