Join us on June 10th, 2020 at 8:00 am (EDT) for a special virtual MBA sample class on "Life Sciences Commercialization Strategy" hosted by the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.

Professor Will Mitchell will cover some of the basic principles of strategic management and apply them to a case, in which a new life sciences firm is considering options that will support its growth. In doing so, we will consider key aspects of life sciences commercialization, including feeding the beast, riding the beast to market, and value chain integration.
