Katie works with our Global Executive MBA and Global Executive MBA for Healthcare and the Life Sciences students, providing individual leadership coaching and career management services to support students in the advancement of their careers and development of their leadership and management capabilities. Katie also supports the Leadership Development Program by providing 1:1 coaching on each student’s individual Leadership Development Plan, using the Rotman developed 360 Degree Leadership Assessment as a tool to uncover strengths, opportunities and focal points for goal setting.
Katie is herself an MBA graduate from Rotman and also has a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. Katie's work experience spans over 25 years in a variety of roles, including 10 years in management consulting. Katie has worked for investment, health insurance, banking, and consulting companies in progressively senior roles in project management, operations, general management, customer strategy, and brand strategy.
