Get involved. Led and organized by Rotman students, our clubs run a rich calendar of social, cultural and networking events and activities, providing a remarkable showcase for the diversity of the Rotman community.
Build something massive. Since its launch in 2012, the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) has become one of the world’s fastest-growing venture labs. Over $1 billion of equity value was created by participating ventures in less than five years. Selected Rotman MBA students, along with an elite group of Canada’s most successful entrepreneurs, play a vital role at the Lab by providing the strategic insights needed to turn research innovations into high-growth ventures.

Explore deep customer needs and develop innovative strategies to win in competitive markets through Business Design, the strategic approach to innovation developed and taught exclusively at the Rotman School. Further hone your innovative capabilities through hackathons, workshops and elective courses as part of our Business Design major.
Rotman Onboard matches talented upper-year MBA candidates with non-profit boards and charities for eight-month fellowships. OnBoard fellows work closely with a board mentor to complete a strategic governance project based on the organization’s needs. OnBoard fellows gain real-world exposure to governance practices and leadership in action.
This state-of-the-art facility allows you to hone your skills as a trader and analyst by giving you access to real-time information on the global markets. The Lab offers a range of custom-designed applications for simulations-based training, financial research and strategic decision-making.

Sustainability
Rotman is dedicated to building a better future. Students can pursue a Sustainability major, enroll in elective courses like Leading Social Innovation, join the Rotman chapter of Net Impact, participate in the Hult Prize, or contribute to the research work of the Michael Lee-Chin Family Institute for Corporate Citizenship.
