Get involved. Led and organized by Rotman students, our clubs run a rich calendar of social, cultural and networking events and activities, providing a remarkable showcase for the diversity of the Rotman community.
Build something massive. Since its launch in 2012, the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) has become one of the world’s fastest-growing venture labs. Over $1 billion of equity value was created by participating ventures in less than five years. Selected Rotman MBA students, along with an elite group of Canada’s most successful entrepreneurs, play a vital role at the Lab by providing the strategic insights needed to turn research innovations into high-growth ventures.
Explore deep customer needs and develop innovative strategies to win in competitive markets through Business Design, the strategic approach to innovation developed and taught exclusively at the Rotman School. Further hone your innovative capabilities through hackathons, workshops and elective courses as part of our Business Design major.
