Sample class | Business Design with Angèle Beausoleil
Rotman's Assistant Professor of Business Design and Innovation, Angèle Beausoleil teaches design methodologies for business innovation and leads field research inside organizations on innovation process design, navigation and management. She applies her 25 years of business experience to crafting high-impact teaching and student-centred learning experiences.
Dr. Beausoleil is Canada's first PhD to focus on innovation literacy using design thinking processes and methods.
Sample class | Presence: The Impact of Non-Verbal Cues on Communication
Maja Djikic, PHD is Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management and Director of Self-Development Laboratory at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. She is a psychologist specializing in the field of personality development. Her work examines the effect of art on personality, and means of developing a congruent and flexible self.
This sample class will touch on how presence is the great X-factor of managerial communication: Are you really there? Join us for this intriguing and interactive sample class.
