Test your skills and knowledge in real time

Rotman students participate in international case competitions – and even organize our own. The Rotman International Trading Competition is just one of the high-profile events hosted at the School each year. Competitions deepen your school experience, and allow you to test and sharpen your skills in real time.

Learning through doing

While the goal of any competition is to emerge a winner, much of the learning and fun comes in the lead-up to the final event. Each year, Rotman students take part in case competitions, where they are challenged to apply their skills and knowledge. These events bring together students from around the world to test their abilities in front of an audience of faculty and industry leaders. There’s nothing like tackling a real-world challenge to prepare you for the competitive world of finance.

Our world- renowned Rotman International Trading Competition is considered to be the finest post-graduate trading competition in the world, taking advantage of proprietary Rotman software developed to closely mimic aspects of real world markets.
