Recruit a student

Recruitment happens throughout the year, with higher volumes in Fall (August, September, October) and Winter (January, February, March), with most MMA opportunities happening every week of the year. 

We encourage employers to bring formal recruitment activities such as posting jobs, recruitment sessions and interviews throughout the year, but primarily after January. To help create organizational brand awareness, we invite you to start branding activities as early as October and connecting with the MMA Career Consultant, Diana Byers, as there are be ways to promote companies to students.
