Why did you decide to study the Master of Management Analytics program?
I have completed various financial data analysis during my job as a research assistant for Western University and have found the process rewarding and enjoyable. Considering both personal interest the industry trend of growing importance of big data analytics, I have set my career goal to become a business data analyst, preferably in the banking or retail industry where analytics are most widely applied, and I firmly believe the MMA program can be the stepping-stone to the career I desire.
What were your top reasons for choosing Rotman?
Located at the heart of downtown Toronto, Rotman offers not only academic excellence, but also seamless integration with Canada’s financial industry.
What are you looking forward to most in the program?
The most attracting component of the program to me is the practicum project, where students get the chance to work in an industry leader on a real problem they face. Students gain not only exposures to the industry but also massive network opportunities.
