Behavioural Research Lab

The Rotman School’s Behavioural Research Laboratory is a fully-equipped and dedicated facility designed to study individual and group behaviour.

Lab Facilities

On May 1, 2012 Rotman opened its new south building on St. George Street. In the heart of this building are state-of-the-art behavioural research labs that enable our researchers to investigate individual and group behavior under a wide range of carefully controlled conditions.

Sign Up to Participate

Research conducted by Faculty and Ph.D. students relies upon the participation of almost 7,500 undergraduate students each academic year. Students participate in these exercises as part of their course work (for credit) or as an extracurricular activity (for pay). Students are asked to complete questionnaires or participate in experimental studies.

Directions for Finding the Labs

  • The main entrance (LL1015K) to the Rotman Behavioural Research Labs is located on the Lower Level of the Rotman School of Management.
  • Stair and (the only) elevator access to the Lower Level are located in the South (new) Wing of the building (close to the 95 St. George St. entrance).
  • Please, note: lab signage is not visible when descending the stairs. Entrance to the labs is tucked in the corner, to the left of the Proctor & Gamble lounge.
