Bio
Sergei Davydenko is an Associate Professor of Finance at Rotman. His research interests include corporate reorganization and its implications for debt markets and valuation, credit risk and bankruptcy codes and debt contracts. He teaches MBA and PhD courses in Advanced Corporate Finance.
