Hugh P. Gunz
Bio
Hugh Gunz is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Associate Chair of the Department of Management at the University of Toronto Mississauga, and holds a cross-appointment to the Organizational Behaviour and HR Management area at Rotman. His research interests include the careers of managers, professionals and others, and the management of professionals. He is the author of the book Careers and Corporate Cultures and co-editor of the Handbook of Career Studies. He has served on the editorial boards of a number of journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Managerial Psychology, and Emergence. Hugh has PhDs in Chemistry and Organizational Behaviour.
