Hyeun Lee

Bio

Hyeun Lee is an  Assistant Professor, Tenure Stream and a Project Lead of Gender Analytics and Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. 

She studies gender inequality and corporate governance, focusing on how changes in the information environment shape individual and organizational behavior. In multiple studies, she examines (1) how access to private and public information affects evaluators and career outcomes of women and organizations, and (2) whether the different types of information held by internal and external stakeholders enhance performance and the quality of corporate governance.
