SESSION SYNOPSIS:Toronto Raptors General Manager, Bobby Webster, will share leadership lessons he has learned during his incredible rise through the National Basketball Association (NBA) league office and ultimately into his role as an executive for the Toronto Raptors. Webster joined the Raptors in 2013 and was named the league’s youngest General Manager in August 2017. We will also be joined by Teresa Resch, VP of Basketball Operations and Player Development with the Toronto Raptors who will share her career journey, starting with an MBA, working her way up at the league office and ultimately taking a leadership position with the team in 2013, and discuss her lessons learned along the way. Both have worked closely with Masai Ujiri, President of the Toronto Raptors, and other members of the Raptors leadership team to instill a winning culture, leading the team to three straight division titles and four straight playoff appearances. We will also discuss how the organization is trying to be a leader in establishing women in executive and other management positions.

Please note that all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the MLSE Foundation which promotes the awareness that all kids should have access to sport and the opportunity to develop lasting dreams on the playing field. The Foundation supports the refurbishment of local athletic facilities and funds charities that support kids through sports and recreational programs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing to 24 hours prior to the event will receive a refund less a $10 administration fee per person. If we do not receive written notice of your cancellation, you will be charged the full amount for this session. Substitutions are always welcome.
