Moura is the founding Director pro tem of UBC’s new School of Public Policy and Global Affairs and a Professor in the UBC Sauder School of Business where she founded the Sauder — a teaching and research focused on strategic design for business. Her teaching/research focus is strategic design and designed leadership, now practiced in the UBC Policy Studio. She has been Deputy Minister of the B.C. Ministry of Advanced Education, B.C. Commissioner of Pacific Coast Collaborative, and Dean of UBC’s Faculty of Land and Food Systems. Her recent book, Designed Leadership, was published by Columbia University Press in 2017. Moura will be co-facilitating a session on “Studio Teaching” with Angele Beausoleil.
