"A smarter, swifter, more reactive and economical way to pursue strategic opportunities, maximize inherent synergies and gain competitive advantages."

Rotman Executive Programs views partnerships and alliances as a smarter, swifter, more reactive and economical way to pursue strategic opportunities, maximize inherent synergies and gain competitive advantages.

For our purposes, a partnership with an organization or membership association, means that, we collectively pool our resources, be it intellectual, research, access to a community or experts, to create a unique learning experience for participants that help address identified skills gaps.

Partnerships must be mutually beneficial, have strategic value, fulfill a market need and strengthen each of the brands.

The majority of our current partnerships are with membership Associations where we bring content and faculty expertise and the Association has access to the targeted audience. In some cases, they also have useful knowledge of skills and competency gaps a program would address and, in all cases, they assume the primary marketing responsibility. Both partners work collaboratively and iteratively to design and refresh the learning experience ensuring we have a good balance of academic content and industry expertise.

There is no singular way to craft a partnership agreement and much of what is decided depends on what each of the partners are looking to get out of the relationship and what each brings to the table. Rotman Executive Programs is open to discussing different models of mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
