Healthcare Leadership: Online Program

Learn to build resilient healthcare teams by focusing on developing compassion, building trust, and promoting collaboration.

Delivered in collaboration with Get Smarter

In addition to being incredibly complex and demanding, healthcare is also a constantly evolving industry with a high-impact bottom line. Leaders face new and intense challenges such as frequent regulatory changes, stymied finances, and unprecedented disruptions to public health. This, in turn, impacts healthcare’s most important assets: its people.

To meet interpersonal needs and relevant party expectations, healthcare leaders need the clinical proficiencies, business competencies, and soft skills required to guide their organizations forward.

This six-week Healthcare Leadership online program helps you develop these skills as you embark on an inward journey focused on self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Guided by industry leaders, you’ll learn to overcome myriad industry challenges and organizational inertia with a strategic set of leadership strategies and change management techniques. Walk away with the critical knowledge, skills, and competencies required to be an outstanding and compassionate leader in the healthcare value chain.
