Given the tension between legacy systems and the push for innovation, this program will adopt an integrative thinking stance which will help reframe the challenges and questions being asked to devise creative solutions built from existing and new models.

From managing growth and innovation in the Credit Union space while maintaining personalized customer service, to the emerging industry of FinTechs trying to enhance or replace traditional financial services, over the course of six virtual half-days, you will gain a solid understanding of the changing context of the payments landscape, and the forces and trends shaping its future. You will develop the knowledge and competencies you need to stay ahead.
