Successful leadership requires the ability to drive and lead effective change. Growth can only be sustained by shaking up the status quo. However, people at every level are unwilling to change if a particular tactic has worked in the past, but the world keeps changing and your organization needs to change too. For organizations to thrive, leaders must influence the people around them to adapt and succeed.

In Rotman's Leading Strategic Change, we prepare leaders to succeed at change management with tools for targeting behaviour, design, and culture so they can engage teams, influence perceptions and implement lasting change.

A tool kit for change.

Included in your program fee is one-on-one coaching, new strategies, a spectrum of best practices, a customized change model and valuable connections to a network of peers from varying backgrounds and organizations. Time is the most constrained resource in today's organizations, so Rotman has created this highly compressed learning program to integrate with personal and professional schedules, ensuring a comfortable and productive experience.

A deposit of 50% of the program fee is required at time of application. The balance of the program fee is due 30 days after receipt of invoice or 30 days before the start of the program, whichever is first.

Each application is reviewed by Rotman’s admissions committee to ensure participants have the appropriate academic and work experience.

Payment and Fee Reduction


Payments can be made online. Applicants will be redirected to a secure online payment website after completion of the application form. Deposits will be refunded to applicants not accepted to the program.

Fee Reduction

Rotman Executive Program graduates or Rotman MBA / EMBA alumni are eligible for a discount equivalent to 10% of the program tuition. In addition, partner discounts are also offered for some programs. Where program applicants are eligible for more than one discount, only the greater discount will be applied towards the tuition fee. Discounts are not redeemable for cash.

Canada-Ontario Job Grant

The Canada-Ontario Job Grant reimburses employers two thirds of the training costs of their employees.

This program has been approved for 43.5 continuing professional development (CPD) hours under Section A of the continuing professional development (CPD) log of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
