During this program you will use Rotman’s Opposing Forces framework to develop a unique change model for accelerating the process in your own organization.

You will also develop your ability to energize teams by examining your implicit beliefs about change.

Rotman’s Leading Change program will provide you with new strategies and valuable connections to a network of peers from varying backgrounds and organizations. Time is the most constrained resource in today's organizations, so Rotman has created this highly compressed learning program to integrate with personal and professional schedules, ensuring a comfortable and productive experience.

A deposit of 50% of the program fee is required at time of application. The balance of the program fee is due 30 days after receipt of invoice or 30 days before the start of the program, whichever is first.

In partnership with the Association of Change Management Professionals, all participants (non-ACMP members) will receive a free 1-year membership to the ACMP Toronto Chapter. Current ACMP members can save 10% off of the program fee. Contact our Learning Advisor for more information. We will share your contact information with the ACMP in order to facilitate your free 1-year membership.

Each application is reviewed by Rotman’s admissions committee to ensure participants have the appropriate academic and work experience.

This program will be delivered over Zoom and requires access to this platform. Terms and conditions for Zoom usage can be found here: This program requires a stable internet connection, the latest version of the Google Chrome internet browser, and use of a microphone. Access to a webcam is preferred but optional.

Payment and Fee Reduction


Payments can be made online. Applicants will be redirected to a secure online payment website after completion of the application form. Deposits will be refunded to applicants not accepted to the program.

Fee Reduction

Rotman Executive Program graduates and Rotman alumni are eligible for a 25% discount on this program. Discounts cannot be combined but we will honour the greater discount amount towards the program fee. For more information on additional discounts, visit Discounts are not redeemable for cash.

Canada-Ontario Job Grant

The Canada-Ontario Job Grant reimburses employers two thirds of the training costs of their employees.
