Alison is a Career Transition Consultant and personal branding and resume expert who supports executives and clients at all levels in transition to achieve their career potential. With a strong dedication to her clients she takes a personalized approach to the unique needs of each individual, and guides them in their transition journey empowering them to tell their story and value proposition.

She is an experienced Senior Human Resources Professional and held HR leadership roles in the Professional Services and Telecommunications field for over 25 years. Having worked in Europe, Canada and the U.S. she became a loyal and trusted advisor to senior leaders collaborating on sensitive policy change assignments.

Working with clients to create compelling resumes and bio’s, Alison’s supportive approach promotes clients to articulate their successes and to define their brand. A perceptive listener, she asks the right questions to provoke self-exploration. Her personal career transition experience enables Alison to build a strong rapport with clients, and an appreciated perspective to their executive needs.

In addition to coaching, Alison has extensive experience in webinar and workshop facilitation for individuals across all organizational levels, providing them with learning fundamentals to effectively launch their job search campaign.
