Rotman School Graduates Named to List of Canada’s Most Powerful Women by Women’s Executive Network

Toronto – Three graduates of the Executive MBA and one graduate of the MBA program at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management werenamedby the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) to the 2023 list of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winners.

This year, the annual awards program recognizes 103 outstanding women across Canada who create meaningful change in how they lead within their organizations and communities.

Anna Hannem, Executive MBA ’16, Vice-President, Data & AI Risk, Scotiabank, was honoured in the Amex Emerging Leaders category.

Kimberley Mason, Executive MBA ’05, Executive Vice President and Head, RBC Private Banking, Canada, RBC Wealth Management, was honoured in the Executive Leaders category. She is also a graduate of the Rotman School’s Directors Education Program.

Idalin McKenzie, Executive MBA ’22, Principal, KLAM Consulting, was honoured in the Professionals category.

Jennifer Quaglietta, MBA ’08, CEO and Registrar, Professional Engineers Ontario, was honoured in the BMO STEM category. She is also a graduate of the Rotman School’s Directors Education Program.

In addition, eight professionals who graduated from the Rotman School’s Executive Programs, including the Directors Education Program, were honoured.

  • Tabatha Bull, President and CEO, Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business;
  • Tonie Chaltas, CEO, Achēv;
  • Maninder Dhaliwal, Managing Partner, Startup Studio - Accelerator & Venture Fund;
  • Jana Mosley, President, ENMAX Power Corporation;
  • Tanya Rumble, Executive Director of Development, Faculty of Arts, Toronto Metropolitan University;
  • Jill Schnarr, Chief Communications and Brand Officer, TELUS; and,
  • Lara Spiers, Chief Legal Officer & EVP Public Affairs, Randstad Canada.

WXN will celebrate each winner at its annual Top 100 Awards Gala held in Toronto on November 30.
