The Omnium Global Executive MBA prepares global leaders to shift easily between geographies and cultures, and identify opportunities wherever they emerge. The University of Toronto Global Executive MBA is an 18-month international learning experience that immerses mid-to-senior executives in core business disciplines from a global perspective. Students live and work in their home countries, and meet together six times over eighteen months.
Rocca Morra Hodge is the Director of Career Services for the Executive MBA Programs at the Rotman School of Management. Her focus is on executive coaching and preparing senior leaders and professionals for their next career move. Previously, she worked as a senior Human Resources professional for large organizations, covering a variety of roles: Leadership Development Manager at Manulife Financial; HR Business Partner at Sears Canada; and Head of Human Resources for Warner Bros. Entertainment Canada. Rocca is a certified executive coach, a career strategist, and an experienced facilitator in the Leadership & Team Development space. She leads the Rotman Leadership 360 and Emotional Intelligence assessment process and coaches the Executive MBAs on their personal Leadership Development Plan and the transformational changes they are striving for both professionally and personally.
